Sai Siva Kumar Raya is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned technology leader. Inspired early by his father, Sree Ramulu Raya, Raya began telecom training at a young age, thus inspiring his entrepreneurial journey. Before founding RAANCOM, Raya held leadership roles managing critical IT projects for Westfield Insurance, Guardian Life Insurance, and the World Bank, and contributed to building the ERP product 3E for iLabs.
In 2008, driven by a mission to bring professional, technology-driven practices to India’s telecom infrastructure industry, Raya founded RAANCOM. Under his leadership, the company pioneered the adoption of trenchless solutions for fiber deployments in densely populated metros, earning a place as a preferred partner for leading telecom operators. Notably, RAANCOM’s FTTH services have connected 300,000+ homes in Bengaluru, the Silicon Valley of India.

committed to quality and customer satisfaction. In 2025, he

Sai Prasad Raya
Sai Prasad Raya is a results-driven technology and telecom professional with extensive experience in IT management, large-scale telecom rollouts, and operational leadership. Before joining RAANCOM, he served as IT Manager at Tata Consultancy Services and E Solutions, where he delivered enterprise technology initiatives and streamlined business processes.
At RAANCOM, Raya leads project and program management, oversees P&L for Chennai and Kerala operations, and manages the company’s accounts receivables. His leadership in Bengaluru’s FTTH rollout connected over 200,000 homes, demonstrating his ability to execute complex projects with precision, efficiency, and a strong customer focus.
Raya’s career reflects a blend of technical expertise, operational acumen, and strategic thinking, enabling him to drive both organizational growth and client satisfaction. He is committed to building strong teams, fostering lasting partnerships, and ensuring RAANCOM’s reputation as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality fiber optic networks.

Aziz A. Syed
Aziz A. Syed is a distinguished telecom leader with over three decades of experience delivering large-scale network infrastructure projects in India and overseas. A Civil Engineering graduate from Osmania University, he has spearheaded multi-billion-dollar rollouts including 5,000+ km of intra-city fiber networks, 2,000+ telecom towers, submarine cable landing stations, and high-capacity data center connectivity for global players such as Reliance Jio, Airtel, and the Tata Group.
As President–Mentor at RAANCOM, Syed provides strategic guidance, technical direction, and leadership in scaling the company’s telecom operations in both domestic and international markets. His expertise spans network planning, OSP design, regulatory compliance, and program management, with a strong track record of building high-performance teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Committed to innovation and knowledge-sharing, Syed also serves as a coach and mentor, nurturing the next generation of telecom professionals and driving RAANCOM’s vision of delivering world-class, future-ready network solutions.
